Portfolio: Townsend

Townsend came to 127 Restoration looking for a complete remodel. The space needed to be bigger in order to meet their office needs. As a result, our team extended the offices and opened up the space by removing a mezzanine and extending the ceiling joists. We added beams and added lam posts for stability. For more natural light, two new windows were installed and we capped off the project with all new electrical, flooring, and a fresh coat of paint.
